The legal notice required by § 5 DDG and § 18 (2) MStV is published in German only, because that is the version that binds: zum Impressum.
An imprint is a statement of legal responsibility, not marketing copy. A translation would be a second wording of the same declaration, and the two would drift apart at the first change of address. The German page is therefore the only version, and it is the one that applies.
What it contains: the provider and their full postal address, the person representing them, contact details, the professional details where they apply, the person responsible for editorial content under § 18 (2) MStV, and the note on out-of-court dispute resolution.
If you need any of this in English, write to fabianpf@liftupsocials.com and you will get it in a reply — as information, not as a second binding version.
The privacy policy is handled the same way: German only, with a short English pointer on its own page.
