Does this replace the calendar of my office?
No. Your calendar stays the one that counts; NotarFlow books into released windows and reconciles. Without an interface you work with the NotarFlow calendar alongside it.
Can clients book any appointment they like?
Only the types and windows you release. Notarisation appointments can be set to run on request, so that your team confirms them.
What about data protection for the master data?
It sits on your own instance, in the office or in the German data centre, and nowhere else. Deletion routines are part of the setup.

2,499 € a month, per notary.

Setup one-off 2,999 €, including taking over existing master data. Considerably cheaper in the complete package with all blocks.
