A fee note that calculates instead of estimating.

The fee note under the GNotKG (the statutory German schedule of notary fees) is deterministic: transaction value, fee table, schedule item. No language model decides an amount; the same inputs always produce the same note.

What the Urkundenverzeichnis (the official register of deeds every German notary keeps) needs has long since been read out at this point: the parties, the subject matter, the deed type. NotarFlow assembles the entry as a proposal; you enter it in the system you already use.

Which deed types does the module start with?

With the frequent ones: creation of a land charge, purchase agreement, power of attorney and the formation of a GmbH (the German limited liability company). Further deed types are added as an extension (1,999 € per deed type, see the pricing page).

Where do the templates come from?

From your own office. During the introduction we take over your templates and formatting rules and settle the variants per deed type with you. The system does not write freely.

What happens with poor scans?

The text recognition runs locally and copes with ordinary scans. Whatever cannot be read with certainty is marked as unreadable and put to you, instead of being guessed.
