NotarFlow reads the documents coming in on a matter, fills your own templates and puts the draft, the fee note and a proposed register entry up for checking. You check in minutes what otherwise costs hours.
Bank data sheets, extracts from the Grundbuch (the German land register, with its sections I to III), letters from the parties: NotarFlow recognises the type of document, reads out the values and assigns them to the matter. The text recognition runs locally, on scans too.
The draft is built from your own templates, taken over once at the start. For each deed type we define the known variants with you; nothing is built outside them.
The fee note under the GNotKG (the statutory German schedule of notary fees) is deterministic: transaction value, fee table, schedule item. No language model decides an amount; the same inputs always produce the same note.
What the Urkundenverzeichnis (the official register of deeds every German notary keeps) needs has long since been read out at this point: the parties, the subject matter, the deed type. NotarFlow assembles the entry as a proposal; you enter it in the system you already use.
Setup one-off 4,999 €, including taking over your templates. The module replaces the preparatory work of a full clerical post; all blocks and the complete package are on the pricing page.
